One of the pioneers of contemporary menswear designer in Turkey, Hatice Gökçe visited studio course of final year students, she shared her opinions about their graduation collections, and after conducted a seminar about her design works.
In the seminar, she talked about the "The Leather Age" collection exhibited at Istanbul Modern, Beijing, Shanghai and during 2015 Milano Fashion Week, and the "Argande" project aimed at creating employment for Turkey’s South Eastern women.
Within the scope of the collection, she gave information about the materials used in the collection, different techniques applied to leather and fur, and the production process of the collection with workshops and craftsmen. The designer also touched upon the Argande Project's branding and design process.
